I read this post and it is quite interesting. So what are my thoughts on this post?

 

Well eating nuts have been shown in multitudinous trials to increase longevity. Additionally, many people do not consume nuts on a daily basis.

 Why are they so healthy? Probably the fibre and omega 3 fats amongst other things. 

Dental health also is very important. Periodontal disease has been linked with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.

I would recommend brushing three times a day after breakfast, lunch, dinner.

You need to floss at least once a day. This will remove food particles in between teeth and most importantly below the gumline. Brushing teeth cannot do this.

I use a metal tongue scraper to remove bacteria from the tongue. There is evidence this bacteria can be transferred to the teeth to form plaque

 Positive outlook is probably the most important. People who believe they are healthy and expect to live to hundred will do so. Mindset is everything as they say.
